Looking for a Horticulture Course? Updated Horticulture courses now available at ARO College

8 Dec, 2023

ARO College is very pleased to announce, as a result of our successful re-registration by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) until May 2030, that we have updated all our Horticulture course offerings to the newest release! They are available to students across Adelaide, regional South Australia, and beyond!

The updated Horticulture courses are:

Cert 2 in Horticulture – AHC20422 – is ideal for young learners who want a basic knowledge of horticulture. This course is available to school students.

Cert 3 in Horticulture – AHC30722 – is our most “popular” Horticulture course, and teaches foundational skills required for a career in the thriving South Australian horticulture industry.

Cert 4 in Horticulture – AHC40422 – is aimed at people with some industry experience, looking to upskill into a supervisory role.

Diploma in Horticulture – AHC50422 – prepares people experienced in the practical aspects of the industry for managerial and staff supervisory roles.

ARO College horticulture courses are subsidised for SA residents by the South Australian government, specifically Skills SA. Most of our students are on Training Contracts, which allows them to earn while they learn. We can accommodate students across Australia, so call our office if you are interested in hearing more!
